  February 6, 2023 - Served by the glass at a wine bar in Manchester (England). Nearly opaque purple color. Raspberry, blackberry, dark chocolate, and subtle roasted poblano pepper. Smooth, dry palate, with sandy acidity. Firm, full tannins on the medium long finish.
