March 1, 2024 - Fresh with quite some power this is a really nice Gamay from Cahors.
Cherries and blueberries with quite some fresh acidity on the palate. Evolved nicely over 2 days. -

March 17, 2023 - In der Nase recht dunkle Heidelbeere, auch etwas Erdbeere, Joghurt, ein ebenfalls recht dunkler floraler Eindruck und etwas dunkel kräutrig.
Am Gaumen mit viel Saft, ebenfalls dunkler Afrucht, etwas kantisch-cremig und sehr wenig Tannin.
Fast null Widerstand, hat aber auch viel Zug und ist ideal zur Pasta mit Tomaten.1 person found this helpful Comment
