May 12, 2024 - TASHNYC is spot on with the flavor profile. I liked it maybe a bit more as it’s been one of my favorites for many years now. Love the juicy finish with a bit of crunch and bright yeasty fruits.

July 27, 2023 - I had a glass at Ithaca Bakery $5 Happy Hour. Red fruit, a little crunch, good acidity and some sparkling notes. I didn’t like it as much as I expected to, but perhaps it gad been open for a while?
