August 23, 2023 - BdB from Oger, 1,269 bottles produced. 12 months sur lies, disgorged October 2022 without dosage. Crisp pear and lemon bar on the nose. Lemon spritz, green apple, more pear. Orchard fruit heavy, and the citrus/acid is nicely in check for a young BdB. At this early stage I give the slight edge to the Chemin de Châlons, but this is enjoyable.
