Belle acidité avec des mures et
des épices. Un peu de fumée et de
bacon aussi et une pointe de tapenade.
Très long et un peu asséchant en finale.
Jeune mais un beau potentiel. -

February 11, 2024 - Paired with dinner, drank over 2 hours. Started a bit acid forward but settled over time. Opened up into an earthy Syrah with plum flavors- alcohol and tannins nicely integrated- easy drinker for dinner. Definitely recommend an hour of air.
