Generous fruit and structured with a little touch of oak. 12,5% abv. Medium savoury finish. Interesting.

September 24, 2023 - Starts off very tight, but breathes. There are light florals and an intense lick of preserved lemon. It is rich and textural, with really good chew and chalky extract. It is a wine of such good build, and whilst there is pleasure to be derived now, you just know the best is yet to come after some cellar time.
