burgconvert Does not like this wine:
March 13, 2024 - High acid, stern oak. Very unplayful gamay right now, with red to blue fruit and scent of dry snacking pretzels. Leans more Pinot in style than gamay but has less structure on the palate. Will recheck tomorrow but this needs a long slumber at best.
Day two, nose is a bit more delicate but palate is still all oak. This sadly will be a cooking bottle
