May 15, 2023 - Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Meaty, savoury, a little pot pourri, leather, earth, touch of plums and polished oak in support. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity, fruit shows a little sour plums tannins are drying, tight, bit out of whack.
