February 7, 2024 - Fruit Day - Dark crimson opaque core out to a wide crimson edge. Nose shows some pepper, black fruit, light herbs and garrigue. On the palate there’s red fruit immediately with medium body and medium acidity. Fresh and lively on the palate the way Garnacha should be with the fruit and some light spice along with some floral notes. The medium plus finish carries the fruit and spice (white pepper). Good value and very drinkable. Would be excellent with salmon, sausages, pork ribs or anything lightly spicy.
