Community Tasting Notes 2

April 13, 2010 - Good bottle of wine shared with friends at WMCC. Herbal nose of "wet-brick and olives". black-cherry and chocolate and minerality to the texture.

April 19, 2008 - i wasn't expecting much from this $9 bordeaux, but this over-delivers for the price. medium purple color with cherries, plums and a hint of smoke on the nose. medium+ tannins, solid structure with ripe plums, spices, and some minerals. medium finish. great qpr that could actually use a few years to mellow out. primarily merlot, with some cab and cab franc.
