September 25, 2023 - Pale gold color. Nutty bouquet with some hints of citrus. On the pallet there's good concentrations with nutty flavors followed by Citrus and the 70 and then lime, sleep, saltiness, minerals. This does not come across as mineral and acidic as most wines from the region and it's very different. That's not a bad thing but a departure from the more classic flavors one would expect from this region.good but different a little
