August 28, 2023 - The initial sip might strike one as overly acidic, but as the evening progresses, the intricate nuances of this impeccably pure Riesling unfurl. Blind tasting would defy any guess that it originates from Australia. Its razor-sharp precision promises significant aging potential. For the first time, I've secured more than two bottles, with the hope that at least a pair can be cellared for a minimum of five years.
