December 22, 2023 - Big, flavorful Howell mt cab. Exactly what I expected and was pleasing wine with good fruit, still full bodied even with hour speed decant. Slightly chilled from cellar so when it warmed, exploded with expression. Delicious wine and can’t believe it will improve but know it will. Solid rating

August 25, 2023 - Napa 2023 - The Sequel; 8/23/2023-8/28/2023: I really liked this wine and kept revisiting until the Buriana showed up. The most refined and elegant of the wines with forest floor, red cherry and a tannic backbone that carried through to a medium finish, but unfortunately that backbone also clipped the fruit a bit. That being said, this was my second favorite and I left with the 19 and a few back vintages.
