November 6, 2023 - Agree with TANNICBEAST note but do not detect any bret. This is a nice, light to medium bodied, fruity, easy drinking red best paired with hearty veg and chicken soup or stew.

May 14, 2023 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Organically farmed, high altitude Petit Rouge w/ some Vien de Nus, Fumin and Cornalin.
Med ruby, w/ a purple rim. Very earthy, reductive and Bretty, w/ some black fruit, red flowers and herbs emerging from the barnyard. Stainless steel, no oak. Dry, w/ med acidity, tannins and alcohol (12.5%). Med body, flavor intensity and length. Very Burgundian.
