December 22, 2020 - Clean and crisp. Lots of fine bubbles. More mineral than fruit. Dry finish.
A nice light sparkler to enjoy with appetizers. -

January 12, 2018 - Brut Nature. Ca. 8-10 Jahre im Keller gewesen. Gereift aber nicht über dem Höhepunkt. Hätte bei einer Blindprobe gedacht, dass er höchstens fünf Jahre im Keller lag. Machte Spaß! Gefiel "Nichtkennern" nicht gut.

December 29, 2017 - Really good tasting Cava, not very complex but without any noticeable flaws.
Notes of green pear, apple, underripe peach and slight strawberry. -

Traditional method = add yeast.
Light, crisp, not too crisp.
