January 18, 2024 - (Non-France) Pinot Noirs of North London (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Smelled fabulous - dusky and musky with a waft of summer pudding. Rather lean and saline on the palate, with a lovely crisp finish. Loved the depth of flavour without an ounce of excessive weight - and so pretty, too!

January 18, 2024 - TWS North London - Pinot Noir ex-France (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Clean, precise, crunchy. A saline edge with gentle concentration, bright fruit, zippy acidity. Really got to forget about my remaining bottles and let them age.

January 18, 2024 - Non-french Pinot Noir (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Great nose, somewhere between a fruit smoothie and a hoppy pale ale, both of which I like! Really interesting, sweet red fruit tempered by a green note that is not at all a bad thing. Good crunch as they say. Good to go, but deserving of more time surely, and has the structure to stay the course. Good wine.

December 7, 2023 - Probably the finest NZ Pinot I have had (though i have not had many). Def more Burgundy than the semi-Syrah wannabees of most NZ Pinot Noirs. This is just balanced with everything in moderation. I think it will get more interesting with some time too.

November 23, 2023 - Clean and pretty, more mineral than fruit-driven, and with a crisp refreshment factor that made it food-friendly (although it was less sweet than I expected). Plenty of structure for ageing a while longer, though certainly ready to drink already. Everyone liked this.
