December 10, 2023 - A very nice drink that tastes a lot like a Champagne that has 10+ years on it. Yellow apple, ripe pears, toasty autolytic character. Acid is high and the wine has a lively character in the mouth that is very pleasant. Finish leaves something to be desired. Amazingly, lasted for 4 days in the fridge. Very good, though $65 is a bit steep.
