  March 1, 2024 - Incredible wine. This is a serious wine that stops you in your tracks and makes you savor it. So much limestone minerality and terroir here with fruit playing second, maybe third fiddle. Chablis in style, but a truly unique wine all of its own. I believe this one is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, and as far as I’m concerned it’s a perfect match and I’m curious why we don’t see more of this pairing, it just works. Had this wine at a tasting and ran out the next day to grab a bottle for my cellar, it’s worth every penny.

  November 27, 2023 - 开头有板栗和柠檬饼干味，香气有着不错的结实感，紧致有力，干练修长，柠檬、黄桃、橘子、苹果之类的果味里，有香荚兰、甘草、石灰粉末之类的矿物感。口感适中，结构虽不大，不过结实紧致，有着良好的结构，内力缓缓释放而出，萃取感强而细致，黄桃、苹果、柑橘等，后段在金属矿物的修饰下显得颇长，就是风味上略显简单。91-92/100
