April 19, 2024 - Chandon de Briailles Tasting: This is next level. Fantastic freshness and energy in this wine. Yellow orchard fruits, creamy, on the sweeter fruit side. Linear and intense. Note of biscuits and nuttiness similar to autolysis notes in Champagne, almost could be mistaken for a top Jura chardonnay. Minerality and savouriness intertwine wonderfully with the acidity. So much depth and tension here.
