March 2, 2024 - Disgorged 2016. A bit developed, but rather light color, despite the age. Fruity and mature aromas with yellow apples and raspberries, vanilla and fresh baked bread. Quite full bodied, with sweet and rich fruit on the palate.

December 23, 2023 - Nose: Citrus, apple, some minerality and hazelnut.
Palate: Rich, yet delicate, and nice acidity and minerality. Creamy and fine bubbles with taste of apple, citrus and brioche.
Overall a fantastic N.V. for the price point. Have 6 more and lokk forward to see how they develop, as there is much to work with here! -

Medium and developing nose with ripe yellow apples, ripe wild strawberries, ripe lemon, brioche, butter, biscuit, caramel and wet stone. Medium (+) taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe wild strawberries, ripe pear, ripe lemon, butter, brioche, biscuits and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good NV Champagne based on the 2008 vintage, with 2011, 2013 and 2014 in the blend. Needed 15 min in the glass to open. Drink now or over the next 5 years.

Pronounced aromas of baked lemon, ripe yellow and red apples, cookies, brioche, puff pastry and salty wet stone.
Creamy texture, small delicate bubbles. Pronounced intensity. Taste of baked lemon, orange peel, fresh yellow and red apples, hazel nuts, puff pastry, cookies.
Long finish.
