December 18, 2023 - Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Medium ruby color. Huge hit of rose petals on the nose. Sweet cherry fruit. Some balancing tang. Nice spice. Tea. Medium finish. Very nice. One of the best QPRs in Oregon.

December 12, 2023 - An extremely high-pitched style, with piercing cranberry and crunchy wild raspberry- notably, not the kind of high tone reminiscent of a carbonic wine (candied cherry etc) but a much earthier one, with a blast of peppery spice and herbs slightly burying the fruit. The acidity is extremely high, shimmering and bright. It was initially almost a bit too much, but in the end the fruit caught up to it. Really engaging, but I think it needs time. It was pretty shy, especially on the nose, and the fruit was struggling to find space.

June 4, 2023 - Has all the muscle and fruit, but doesn't just give it up. A reserved, cooler spirit asking to be treated seriously. And I do.

A fist full of gravely forest dirt, stemmy green woodsy bite, and sweet cherry flesh.

Punches above its weight - what can I say, Oregan seems to consistently make me happy.

May 26, 2023 - A bit more restraint than the willamette valley bottle. Sweet cherry fruit. Plenty of grip. This needs some time to open.

May 20, 2023 - Power and elegance combined, delivering riveting appeal. Striking vivacity and terroir-driven substance. Also showing velvety tannins and a considerable finish. Enjoy now and over the next seven to ten years. 91-92.
