  April 28, 2024 - Nose: rich and nutty. Raw almond. Fruits are green apple and pear but play the background. Rocks in a stream.

  November 4, 2023 - Coravin. 60% Listan Blanco de Canarias, 40% Albillo Criollo. Lemon-yellow color; aromatic, volcanic minerality, salinity, a bit of peach; medium bodied but with vibrant medium-plus acidity with slight tingle, medium alcohol (13%), white fruit; finish is medium to medium-plus length. Really interesting, and it definitely has a personality. Pricey, but probably in line with its quality. 91
  Lovely flinty/smoky quality every time I come back to the glass. Love the intensity and uniqueness.
