April 20, 2023 - Soooo... Night one. This was almost undrinkable. I picked up on a very specific note that was awful and not a flavor you want in wine. After the fact, I can't remember what it was, but it was really bad. Stuck with it. Opened slightly that night. Then stored overnight (cork and fridge). Day two was completely different. Unrecognizable as the same wine and actually quite good. Much more acid and balance and fruit. Turned out pretty good.
