Community Tasting Notes 2

January 4, 2024 - Continues with a touch of savory notes to it, fermented in large wood open top, sweet and savory, 35% new oak. And then 35 % whole cluster? Needs some time, wound up and structured.

April 29, 2023 - Quite young, so I decided to decant and enjoyed over the course of a few hours.

Pale ruby color. On the nose I get cherry, raspberry, earthy notes, and a hint of tobacco. Red fruit, oak, leather on the taste. Long finish - vibrant acidity.

An excellent CA Pinot Noir. I like it a lot.
