March 3, 2024 - rapid bubble stream. light straw, light gold, in color. initial aromas of citrus, dinner roll and yeast. with time the wine opened up with lime, tangelo, lemon zest, golden peach, yeast, cream. yellow apple, citrus mousse, on the finish.
