  December 7, 2023 - With a little more body in the middle this is a 90.
  
  Orange color. Texture is there from the first smell, apricot, heady and full. It's not light, but it's refreshing. Great with warm weather or medium food. The mouth follows with some piths and light honey.
  
  I wouldn't expect this, but I'd like to lay this down for two years and see what happens.

  November 9, 2023 - A lot of fun. Bright and zesty with nice orange peel, saline, lemon rind, green melon, and all sorts of white tea and dried honey tones. Crushable and fun but sports solid complexity as well. I'd love this on a BTG list at some place that serves really good charcuterie.

  September 10, 2023 - By the glass at Girl + The Goat, Chicago: The very epitome of an orange wine -- slightly funky, slightly tannic, crisply acidic like a white wine with extra weight and some spiciness. Very nice. Very good with the range of flavors in each dish at this excellent restaurant.

  July 28, 2023 - Appearance: coppery salmon orange. Clear.
  Nose: orange rind and some toastiness.
  Palate: bitter orange, peach and black tea.
  An unusual and interesting wine. More structure and polish than expected, with little of the overt funkiness associated with many orange wines. Worth trying!
