Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Williacr Likes this wine: 90 points

December 3, 2023 - A bit hazy, first glass at 55F. Viognier like, tons of flavor, not buttery and a bit of a bite on the palate at first taste. A sophisticated drink that some may not enjoy.

Will chill it a bit more and try again.

After a few hours it is showing Butterscotch on the palate. Lots of complexity I cannot articulate in this.

November 8, 2023 - Medium yellow, a little hazy. 60% new French oak and unfined and unfiltered. Nose shows pear, pineapple and pine. Palate has pineapple and butterscotch. Weighty, medium length finish, low in acid.
