September 15, 2023 - On the patio, Friday night after work, with Jennifer.
It’s got an interesting nose that makes me think of oak - butter, pear, apple - but it’s aged in cement.
It’s surprisingly tart, while still having body. On second smell, there’s this unmistakable aroma of bergamot. I’ve not had a white quite like it.
It really needs food to be fully appreciated. A little too much interest to be enjoyed on its own. -
