May 11, 2024 - A dense, medium-sweet Gewurz with a lot of what you might expect, oily texture, especially given the residual sugar, restrained acidity, and just… the most complex nose. Lychee, rose, and peach, yeah I expect that. But what I didn’t expect? The notes of pastry, spicy cologne with sandalwood and leather dimensions, and Nag Champa incense (sophomore year dorm room all up in here), all finishing up with a refreshing honeydew finish. Just a beautiful expression.

January 12, 2024 - Honey, Vanilla and raisins first smell and taste. Moves more to white flower (elderflower, chamomile) towards the finish

November 28, 2023 - Clear, bright, medium + yellow gold. Viscous. Aromatic, medium+, marked peach aroma with some rose on warming. Couldn’t detect lychee. Medium sweet on palate. Full bodied with stone fruit flavours and a long finish. Just maybe could have done with a touch more acidity, otherwise a very pleasurable wine.
