May 15, 2023 - Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Savoury plums, sweet spice, touch of raisin and prune. Medium plus intensity acidity, Christmas cake, plums, raisins, drying woody tannins close down the palate but the fruit carried by alcohol on the finish. Woof
