April 21, 2020 - Wow, this is drinking good right now (Sadly it was my last bottle.) After 13 years of bottle age this is singing - great aromatics, texture, integration, and finish. Syrah needs age! Bravo to Copain and SBC Syrah!

August 15, 2019 - Last one. Been 6 years since the last and this one could have gone another decade. Still lots of fruit, pepper galore, nicely balanced.
