April 20, 2023 - (Disgorged in 2022, 100% Pinot Noir from Chamery, dosage 2 gr/L, 970 bottles made)
Youthful nose showing some oakiness together with red apples and minerals in a pleasant way. Fruitful palate showing red apples acidity with a mandarin citrus note taking over on the mid to late before a touch of ginger takes over on the lengthy finish and leaving a minerals saltiness on the lips in a nice and pleasant way.
