October 11, 2023 - Good flavor but still light, enjoyed enough to purchase more bottles.

September 17, 2023 - On the nose- Big bright red fruits, bright red cherries, bright red plum, red raspberries, red currants, cola, fresh cut red flowers, baking spices, black pepper, white pepper, wild herbs, forest floor.

On the palate- Big bright red fruits and bright red cherries, bright red plum and red raspberries, red currants and cola, fresh cut red flowers and baking spices, black pepper and white pepper, wild herbs and forest floor on the finish. This is drinking KILLER being really young but needs about 45 min or so to open up and show its stuff, and I think has a long life ahead my guess is about 5-7+ years if not longer with no problem at all.
