Cherries with dry and clean spiced oak. Dried top soil and light minerals.
Fresh, light and bright, but there's something a little erratic about this, especially on the palate, like static on a television. I have a feeling it's just this bottling, unfortunately.. possibly bottle shock? I don't believe this is how it should be. Hoping for a better pop on my next bottle.
