May 27, 2023 - I'm a big fan of Mazzi Amarone and this vintage doesn't disappoint! PnP at restaurant with pasta and veal marsala. Nice crisp cherry and hint of anise, very refreshing sips. Medium finish and this one is a hot one folks at 17% abv, but you don't taste it. So I would say this vintage should develop nicely over the coming years and don't let the high alcohol content scare you off, very balanced in my opinion.
