September 8, 2023 - Medium ruby. On the nose, red cherry, spice, plum, tomato sauce. Pepper, oregano. Balsamic vinegar. Leaves, earth. Cocoa and some baking spices. On the palate, tart red fruit, green leaves, soil, savory spices. High acid, medium body and tannin, med+ alcohol. Overall, light and clean. Not overly complex. Enjoyable but not memorable.
