February 15, 2024 - Starter at a wine tasting with friends. Wine maker worked at Schramsberg and is putting that experience to good use. This is excellent, dry, with 0 dosage. Doesn’t have the yeast/brioche character of French but the Chardonnay fruit is stunning and fresh. A new world sparkler that is delicious.
