  February 24, 2024 - Decanted an hour or so before drinking
  Red fruit (cherry, black cherry), strong floral- rose, nice spice, slight earth, slight truffle/ mushroom, slight herbs. Good acidity. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

  July 25, 2018 - A beautiful expression of fully mature Barbaresco. Leather and all the other typical aged Nebbiolo flavors on full and harmonious display. It paired effortlessly with the combo of grilled octopus and gnocchi with creminis and maitakis in porcini cognac cream sauce (save for the heavy dose of pepper). Terrific!

  January 15, 2018 - Old and tired and just on the edge of becoming a generic-too-old-red-wine with only a slight hint of tar. Obviously not a well stored bottle.
