  June 18, 2011 - Really very pretty. Good effervescence, showing it's age as the carbonation no longer seems acidic. Strawberry, bright red cherry and subtle stone fruit fill the palate. A great Gem.

  December 25, 2009 - Light rose color. Nose is very fruity, a bit too fruity for my sparkling wine tastes. Very high acid and good release of bubbles in the mouth makes a good pairing with cheese. Tastes of berries and citrus. Clean short finish.

  November 8, 2009 - Salmon color with a nice mousse. Very few bubbles streamers but plenty in the mouth. Smells of tart crushed berries. Soft on the palate with plenty of acid. Clean with berries, lemon rind, rose hips, and a bit of diesel. The finish dissipates quite quickly. Not a complex specimen yet very enjoyable. Goes great with chips and salsa.

  May 10, 2008 - Still a bit young but really opened up after a half an hour. Pretty floral aromas with a touch of toasted bread. Rich, high-acid fruit in the mouth with good structure and length.Not very complex but could improve with with a bit more time.
