  👃 Baked apple and coriander seeds
  
  👅 Low- to medium-bodied (ABV 12%) with lively acidity (m), minerals, yellow apple and ethyl acetate on the palate. Minerals, ethyl acetate & baked apple on the medium finish.
  
  👀 Pale straw
  
  📝 At first pour this wine was almost entirely muted, but with time and air it made a 180 degree turn. The volatile acidity mostly disappeared with aeration. Initially I gave the wine 3.5 stars, which I raised to 3.8 after the dramatic turnaround.

  March 11, 2024 - Great stuff. Averyting you would ask of a riesling at this price point. Only lacking a bit In lenght.

  February 27, 2024 - Nose: Soft lemon, apple, light mineral, some white flowers.
  
  Palate: Soft entry with nicely balanced acidity and a slight spritz. Fresh with ever so slightly sweet fruit notes but does overall give a dry impression. Light aftertaste.
