January 20, 2024 - Big, bold, ripe, buttery. To be fair there is some freshness on the finish as well, but certainly serve this as cold as you can. My face is bright red after half a glass - certainly one for the more enthusiastic oak-fan.
Edit: 90 minutes later this has calmed down a touch.... or maybe I have adjusted to the booze??
