January 14, 2024 - Very good quality Rioja Reserva, albeit still young. Bright medium ruby colour. Red cherries, truffle, coffee, vanilla and clove, smoke. Chalky tannins, 14% alcohol well integrated, medium+ finish. Enjoy now or hold to allow development of tertiary flavours. Good PQR at retail price, and also in the restaurant (“only” 100% markup).
