April 15, 2024 - Another fabulous showing with good acidity and tart Citrus flavors. Other complex flavors. Drinks really well now. Bone dry. But with great fruit. Outstanding qpr. Served just slightly chilled it really opened up as opposed to when I first had it at room temperature

March 1, 2024 - This wine rocks! Having had only disappointments from this grape in the kosher world (I have not tried Shirah's), this wine gives me what I've been searching for. This grape can be fantastic and this showcases that fact. Interestingly when first opened it was a little bit muted but within about 5 minutes it opened up like a flower blooming showing you gorgeous fragrance and succulent flavors. Pale gold color. Explosive concentrated bouquet of candied citrus fruits. Medium Bodied with excellent concentration. Flavors of lime, candied fruits, tons of slate and minerals and loads of acidity. Long salty acidic finish. Absolutely gorgeous wine. Drinks beautifully now and should do so for at least another few years if not longer. Outstanding qpr. For those who like complex, acidic, crisp white you owe it to yourself to try this one. My descriptions cannot do it complete justification.
