April 17, 2023 - (30% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier and 55% Chardonnay, dosage 8 gr/L)
Tight on the nose at first opening up with mandarin citrus, minerals and some tropical banana notes covered in a pleasant chalk and wet concrete cloud. Nice and smooth on the palate with yellow apples, hints of banana and with a pleasant creamy mid before tropical mandarin citrus notes taking over on the warm and smooth finish. Gets better with time in the glass..
