  Medium flavor intensity.
  White peach, nectarine, salt, steely, oysters shell, uncooked quinoa. Reductive style. Almost remeniscent of a Muscadet, or a Chablis with more fruit.

  September 17, 2023 - Part of a large tasting. Reminded me of a Sauvignon Blanc. Sliight sweet on the nose with grapefruit, melon and apple. Pear, apple, herbs and floral flavors. light to medium body, good acidity with a hint of grassiness.
