Community Tasting Notes 2

December 2, 2023 - Blueberry on the nose, giving way to a gamey meatiness. With air, the body fills out. This is a thick and juicy wine. Tannins are present but in the background. It has the material to develop more complexity with age.

November 29, 2023 - On the pop, unclear what to make of this (yet). Nose is muted with a faint brine component. Taste is, uh, confusing. The finish is either tannic or chemical imbalance. The longer it's open, the less drinkable it is, so I am going with "flawed" right now.
