December 15, 2023 - Another go at this, this time to pair with southern fried chicken. Lemony nose hint of lime. Acidity is not shy at all do this cut through the fat of the accompanying chicken perfectly. Crisp and with good length. Pretty decent and quaffable with the right pairing rather than by itself.
