May 11, 2024 - Very fresh and clean nose - green apple, passion fruit, minerality and struck match. Light to medium body, quite fleshy ripe fruit on the palate, good intensity and length - very enjoyable and well made if not particularly complex. Can imagine it aging positively.

January 22, 2024 - Sauvignon blanc in the bouquet, Semillon on the palate. Beautiful acidity and a touch of sweetness. Nice wine with a good qpr.

November 25, 2023 - Tasted this at the International Congress of Chinese Cuisine & Wine, Domaine de Chevalier Masterclass at The Tower Club.

Very fresh with unripe pineapples and minerals. Clean and crisp. Lovely nose. The Semillon provides the structure, while the Sauvignon Blanc provides the flesh and flavour.

A very nice wine to start a dinner or to pair with Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean cuisine.

August 30, 2023 - Bought from a local supermarket near Bordeaux/Arcachon and had it with anchovy takeaway-pizza while it was chucking down. Admittedly not the best pairing.

Fresh open fruity bouquet (white peach maybe) with some green notes and a slight whiff of alcohol. Served too cold on first pour but got better with time. Good fruity, easy to drink body and slightly lingering acidic aftertaste.

Perfectly fine to drink now but will probably be a bit more mellow and rounded in a couple of years.

July 12, 2023 - Langton's Bordeaux En Primeur 2022 tasting (Langham Hotel, Kent Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity aromas, a little green, touches of lime, muted gooseberry and cats pee in support. In the mouth it's. a little tart and bitter, feels like to much oak here. Nah.
