July 14, 2023 - Mainly champagnes with hotpot: Guessed BdB from a more classic year like 2014 because of the linearity. Rather candied at first but the citrus fruit and tension emerged with air. At this stage, still too young compared to the very impressive 2014 I tried a while ago.
