Very centered and precise with dark cherry core and acidity that keeps going. Good on its own but better with food. Winning -

March 17, 2024 - I bought 6 so I thought I’d try one after resting it post-delivery. Sassafras, autumn leaf litter, subtle cherry. Soft tannins. Very good now but I expect it will get better in the next few years.
